When it comes to what we eat we all tend to gravitate toward what we know. Wouldn’t you agree that many of us stick with this strategy because there is very little risk involved? If you know you like something then you know it will meet your expectations each and every time. Perfectly normal.
But what about what we don’t know. The type of food that we haven’t yet tried that we might actually like. Food we might just fall in love with on the first bite. The type of food that takes our taste buds on a much needed vacation and exceeds expectations.
